About BAH
Based in Billings,
Montana, the Billings Association of Humanists
formed in 2003 as an affiliated group of the Billings
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. It is a Charter Chapter of the American Humanist
Association.
The purpose of the Billings
Association of Humanists is to promote Humanism, an ethical,
democratic, naturalistic, life stance that challenges irrationality,
promotes critical thinking and the separation of church and state. We
present a system of humanist ethics that is a rational alternative
to those based in religion, and encourage fellowship among thoughtful
people.
Would you like to
have a
rational discussion of serious topics with thoughtful people and
share perspectives.?
Everyone is welcome our
provocative discussions, 12:30 pm on the first thru fourth Sundays of
each month in Billings Montana . Watch this space for updates on
specific locations
Some meetings follow
the
“Socrates Café”
model where participants choose a question and
explore it by asking further questions.
